Roasting chickpeas is simple, and they are packed with goodness. These legumes are satisfying, nutritious, and they are a great source of plant-based protein.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 385 degrees. Drain chickpeas and rinse with water.
  • Pat chickpeas dry. Make sure they’re totally dry before tossing them with the olive oil.
  • Toss chickpeas in olive oil, salt, and paprika.
  • Pour chickpeas on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread evenly on baking sheet.
  • Roast for 30 minutes, or until crispy. Serve
