Method
- Preheat the oven to 385 degrees. Drain chickpeas and rinse with water.
- Pat chickpeas dry. Make sure they’re totally dry before tossing them with the olive oil.
- Toss chickpeas in olive oil, salt, and paprika.
- Pour chickpeas on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread evenly on baking sheet.
- Roast for 30 minutes, or until crispy. Serve
