Method
- Cut slab of ribs into spareribs.
- Add water to a large pot and bring to a boil.
- Place the spareribs into a large pot, cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for 60-75 mins.
- While ribs are cooking make your sauce. To a bowl add honey, soy sauce, crushed garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
- Poke ribs to make sure they are tender. Drain water off ribs.
- Add spareribs to a large sauce pan.
- Pour sauce over ribs. Simmer uncovered over medium heat until sauce starts to bubble. Continue simmering for about 5-10 mins.
