Sticky Ribs - awwwlicious

We make the sticky sauce from scratch, which can be added to most meats, chicken, beef or fish. However, these baby back ribs combined with this sticky sauce for a winning combination.

These sticky ribs will make the perfect addition to your next dinner or potluck

What Kind Of Ribs Should I Use

Pork side ribs or back ribs are best to use in this recipe.

How To Make Sticky Sauce

In a small bowl add honey, soy sauce, crushed garlic and ginger. Mix well.

How To Make Honey Garlic Sticky Ribs

  • 1 slab of baby back ribs. Cut
  • In a small bowl, mix together cornstarch and water (this will help to thicken it up), then add it to the mixture and simmer for 5 minutes or until the sauce starts to thicken. It should almost be the consistency of barbecue sauce.

What To Serve Ribs With

Ribs can be paired with almost anything. We love to serve them with our creamy mashed potatoes, or Jamaican rice and peas.
