Method
- Preheat over 350.
- Season chicken and bake in the over for 40-45 mins.
- While chicken is baking, slice and dice remaining ingredients - Celery, grapes.
- Slightly roast sunflower seeds in a small pan on medium heat. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Mix Mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and honey together in a small bowl.
- Once chicken is cooked, transfer to a cutting board and dice. Let chicken cool before adding to bowl.
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix together until well combined. Refrigerate.
