Ginger Turmeric Immune-Boosting Energy Shots

These ginger turmeric immune-boosting energy shots are the perfect daily boost. Take first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for optimum benefits.

Ingredients
  

  • turmeric
  • ginger
  • black pepper
  • lemon
  • honey optional

Method
 

  1. Wash turmeric and ginger. Note: You can also use powdered ginger
  2. Cut up ginger into small pieces and place in a mug.
  3. Add turmeric to the mug, and black pepper.
  4. Finally, squeeze lemon into the mug and add warm water.
  5. Mix all up and pour into a blender.
  6. Blend and pour through a sieve into a mug.
  7. Enjoy!
  8. Store extra in little glass bottles and refrigerate.
