These ginger turmeric immune-boosting energy shots are the perfect daily boost. Take first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for optimum benefits.

Ingredients
  

  • turmeric
  • ginger
  • black pepper
  • lemon
  • honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash turmeric and ginger. Note: You can also use powdered ginger
  • Cut up ginger into small pieces and place in a mug.
  • Add turmeric to the mug, and black pepper.
  • Finally, squeeze lemon into the mug and add warm water.
  • Mix all up and pour into a blender.
  • Blend and pour through a sieve into a mug.
  • Enjoy!
  • Store extra in little glass bottles and refrigerate.
