Ingredients
Method
- Wash turmeric and ginger. Note: You can also use powdered ginger
- Cut up ginger into small pieces and place in a mug.
- Add turmeric to the mug, and black pepper.
- Finally, squeeze lemon into the mug and add warm water.
- Mix all up and pour into a blender.
- Blend and pour through a sieve into a mug.
- Enjoy!
- Store extra in little glass bottles and refrigerate.
