turmeric

Instructions
Wash turmeric and ginger. Note: You can also use powdered ginger
Cut up ginger into small pieces and place in a mug.
Add turmeric to the mug, and black pepper.
Finally, squeeze lemon into the mug and add warm water.
Mix all up and pour into a blender.
Blend and pour through a sieve into a mug.
Enjoy!
Store extra in
little glass bottles
and refrigerate.
