Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place liners in 12-muffin pan x2 In a large mixing bowl add softened butter and sugar. In a separate bowl mash bananas with a fork until chunky. Add bananas and eggs to butter mixture and blended.
In a separate bowl, add flour, baking soda and salt together and whisk. Pour flour mixture into the better and blend. Add vanilla extract and raisins into the batter.
Bake at 350˚F for 25 min, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let banana bread rest then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling.
