Cut bottom stems off asparagus
Add asparagus to the parchment paper lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and olive oil. Place in over at 400F for 10-15 mins.
While asparagus is in oven, make the salsa. Cut up salsa ingredients mango, strawberries, red onion and cilantro
Add salsa ingredients to a bowl, drizzle with lemon juice. Mix to combine and season with salt and pepper. Set aside and let sit for 10 minutes to absorb flavors.
Transfer asparagus onto a serving tray and top with mango-strawberry salsa. Serve.
