This recipe for grilled lobster tail is super easy and will have you grilling all year long.

How To Prep Lobster Tails
For your grilled lobster tail you want to choose similar size lobster tails so that they cook at the same rate. You want to clean your lobster tails first before prepping them.
Use a a Sharpe knife or kitchen shears to cut the lobster tails. Pierce the lobster tail and cut down the center of the shell, all the way to the tail. Do not cut all the way through, you want to stop when you hit the bottom shell. Use your thumbs to separate the flesh from the shell, and lift the lobster meat over the shell. Season according to your taste buds.
Ingredients
- 4-6 8 ounce lobster tails
- 5 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- paprika to taste
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 4 lemon wedges
How To Grill Lobster Tails
- Prep the lobster tail as shown above.
- Season tails with salt, pepper, paprika and olive oil. Rub seasoning into lobster tails generously.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill, and add a spoonful of herb butter on top. Grill for about 4 minutes.
- Add another spoonful of herb butter and grill for another 2-3 minutes or until lobster meat is opaque.
- Remove from grill.
- Add lemon wedges and fresh parsley for garnish.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
How To Store Lobster Tails
- Place in a tightly covered container and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
- To freeze, place lobster tails in an airtight container.
- you can freeze lobster tails for up to 6 months.
