Black pepper is a must for this turmeric ginger immune-boosting shots recipe. It is needed to help absorb the curcumin within the turmeric. It a helps absorb turmeric up to 2,000 percent.
How To Make Ginger Turmeric Immune-Boosting Energy Shots
Wash turmeric and ginger.
Note* You can also use powdered turmeric.
Cut up ginger into small pieces and place in a mug.
Add turmeric to the mug, and black pepper.
Finally, squeeze lemon into the mug and add warm water.
Mix all up and pour into a blender.
Blend and pour through a sieve into a mug.
