Avocado hummus recipe couldn’t be easier–just toss a few ingredients in the food processor and whir away!

Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 6-8 Tbsp avocado hummus
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- pinch salt (to taste)
- tahini
How To Bake The Perfect Sweet Potato
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Wash sweet potatoes and poke with a fork several times around the potato.
- Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place potatoes on a baking sheet.
- Bake 45-50 minutes, or until soft.
- Make a slit lengthwise across the top of the sweet potato and stuff with your favorite toppings.
